Jason S. Goldsmith brings nearly a decade of Florida legal experience to every case he takes on, with a background that gives him a rare edge in the courtroom.
He started his career inside the system. As an Assistant State Attorney at the Broward County State Attorney's Office, Jason prosecuted cases across the full spectrum of criminal law, from misdemeanors to serious felonies, eventually leading a felony trial unit as the division's head prosecutor. That experience didn't just sharpen his litigation instincts. It gave him a deep understanding of how the State builds its cases, knowledge he now turns squarely in favor of his clients.
After leaving the State Attorney's Office, Jason joined The Schiller Kessler Group, where he expanded into civil litigation and continued developing the client-focused approach that defines his practice today.
Jason now concentrates on Criminal Defense, DUI charges, and traffic-related criminal matters. He believes every client deserves direct answers, clear guidance, and an attorney who will fight hard for them, without exception.

Jason S. Goldsmith is a dedicated Florida attorney with nearly a decade of legal experience.
Jason began his career as an Assistant State Attorney with the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies. Jason oversaw a felony trial unit division as the lead prosecuting attorney. This role as a former prosecutor gave him firsthand insight into the strategies used by the State—insight he now uses to zealously defend his clients.
Jason left the State Attorney’s Office to join The Schiller Kessler Group, where he sharpened his litigation skills and deepened his commitment to client service, all the while advancing his skills in civil law and civil litigation.
Today, Jason focuses his practice on Criminal Defense, DUI charges, and many other traffic criminal related matters. Jason’s professionalism is exemplified by his belief in direct communication, clear guidance, and aggressive advocacy for every client he represents.

Before founding Ticket Shield, Nick spent years at The Schiller Kessler Group, where he represented hundreds of clients and helped recover millions in settlements. That courtroom experience taught him how to navigate complex legal systems with both precision and strategy, and he brings that same intensity to every case he takes today.
Nick's practice covers criminal defense, traffic violations, and civil infractions statewide. No case is too small when your freedom or driving record is on the line. His approach is hands-on and personal, whether you're contesting a speeding ticket or facing a serious criminal charge. A Stetson University College of Law graduate, Nick served as Chief Ambassador, Student Bar Association Vice President, and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board at the top-ranked ADR program in the country. He's licensed in all Florida state courts.
